2019 PROMASTER VS. 2019 SPRINTER | Which van is best for a van conversion?

One of the first steps to making van life a reality is figuring out which van to build in.

Our top two favorite vans for van conversions are:

  • the 170” wheelbase Mercedes Sprinter

  • the 159” Extended Dodge Ram Promaster

We’re currently building in a 2019 159” extended Promaster for our clients, Michele & David, so we’d figure we would cover some of the differences between the 159” extended Promaster vs the 170” Sprinter. Watch the video below for some of the pros and cons for each van.

If you’re looking for the exact dimensions of both vans, keep scrolling down.

STILL FEELING STUCK ON WHICH VAN TO CHOOSE?

Our recommendation is to test drive all three and decide which one fits your needs better. Remember that if you're going full time in your van, it's something you will be driving every day so make sure you pick the one you feel the most comfortable in.
